Our Concierge Office
We have our own Première Summer Concierge office centrally located on the main deck in the centre of Sainte Foy Station to help you with activity bookings, childcare, local transfers and a range of extra services and helpful advice.
in addition to the services listed, the following is also available through our Concierge service:
- Spa treatments & massages for those that would like a little additional pampering.
- Access to our extensive DVD and book libraries
We've teamed up with world leaders in bike manufacture, Scott. This means we will have Scott mountain & Road bikes available for our guests to hire.
When you book a summer holiday with Première Summer we offer more than just accommodation. With over 10 years experience of providing holidays in Sainte Foy we understand it's the extra help and service that make a holiday special and hassle free. We aim to help you get the most from your time in the mountains, so we endeavour to provide the services that you ask for.
Babysitting & Nanny Services
Our concierge team can help you to find a nanny or babysitter. Email us prior to your holiday for more details, or enquire at our Concierge office in resort.
Additionally we offer:
- Complimentary baby equipment including cots, high chairs, stair gates and baby monitors in our chalets & apartments
- A pre-ordering service for baby essentials (nappies, wipes, baby food etc.)
Guided Walks
We offer a variety of guided walks from simple short half day routes to overnight stays in mountain refuge huts. The walks are graded with short to long distances and gradients / altitudes to suit all abilities and fitness levels.
Scott Mountain Bike & Road Bike Hire
We have teamed up with Scott Bikes and will have a selection of their superb Mountain bikes, including their pioneering Scale bike with the revolutionary new 27.5" wheel size. For our Road bikes we have a selection of Scott Addict bikes, perfect for climbing those hills. Ask at our Concierge for more details once in resort.
Bike Technician
Whether you choose to hire your bikes from us or bring your own, we have a resident trained bike technician who can help with spares, servicing and any problems you may have.
Transfers & Minibus Services
We have a fleet of minibuses with drivers that are available for airport transfers, local transfers & special events. To find out more please email prior to your arrival, or visit our Concierge once in resort.
